To deliver consistently high-quality coaching, youPlus™ has formed a strategic alliance with the most credible and established coach training company in the world, The Coaches Training Institute (CTI).
Founded in 1992, CTI is the largest in-person coach training school in the world and the only to teach CTI's ground-breaking Co-Active® model of coaching. It was also the very first organization accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF).
Other coaching companies are often only loose affiliations of coaches with varying backgrounds, credentials and coaching capabilities. Because of our belief in the Co-Active® model of coaching and our desire to provide a consistent and high quality experience, youPlus is committed to using CTI-trained coaches exclusively.
